AmeriWorks Financial was born out of an observation that payroll departments were continually asked to do more with less. Many large organization payroll teams are now only available to employees on a limited basis during a work week. Some are only open a few days or even just a few hours.

THE RESULT

Premiums are collected from an employee’s paycheck each payroll and reconciled from the insurance company’s monthly billing. Once reconciled, the funds are forwarded to the insurance company to pay for their benefits.
